I enrolled in a prestigious culinary institute in Malaysia, where I acquired a strong foundation in culinary techniques and developed an understanding of the intricate balance of flavors that different cuisines embody.
With a desire to broaden my culinary horizons, I ventured to different corners of the world to master the art of international cuisine. During my travels, I discovered my affinity for western culinary techniques, which I blended with my extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine. This fusion of culinary styles became my signature approach, allowing me to create unique and tantalizing flavor profiles that captured the essence of both worlds.
To take my career to a different level, I sought out opportunities to work in renowned luxury hotels, which served as bastions of culinary excellence and innovation. My skills were honed in some of the finest establishments, including the iconic Taj Palace Hotel, the prestigious Hyatt Hotel, and the renowned Yaamava Resort and Casino.
Today, I stand by my passion, creativity, and a relentless pursuit of culinary mastery.
